Fix references to jit-lock properties.
* progmodes/perl-mode.el (perl-font-lock-syntactic-keywords):
  Refer to jit-lock-defer-multiline, not jit-lock-multiline.
  (perl-font-lock-special-syntactic-constructs):
  Quote jit-lock-defer-multiline property.
